  9. This is a demonstration version of Spellswell Plus 2.1. This version limits you to two corrections and won’t let you add words to the dictionary.

  11. Spellswell Plus checks documents in any application that uses the appropriate MacOS Apple Events, such as Microsoft Internet Mail and News, Netscape Navigator™, Eudora® Pro or Light, America Online 3.0, WordPerfect, ClarisWorks, Nisus Writer, HyperCard, Writeswell Jr., InfoDepot™ and others.

  17. When Spellswell Plus is running there is online help available under the Help Menu, which is the yellow question mark in the upper right corner of your screen.  As always, help and information is also available on our web at http://www.working.com.

  20. We offer a number of add-on dictionaries for use with Spellswell Plus including:  Medical, Legal, Science, Business, Geographical, and Expanded.

  22. If you are an America Online customer you can use any Spellswell dictionary with America Online 3.0.

  25. Usage Notes:
  26.  
  27. *Spellswell Plus requires System 7 or later.  It does not require AppleScript.
  28.  
  29. *Important:  other than Apple Events programs and the Clipboard, Spellswell Plus can only check documents of type TEXT.  Most programs will save their documents as type TEXT, but you will usually lose formatting information.  Use Clipboard checking, and encourage the publishers of your favorite programs to support the MacOS' Apple Events.
